Ideal if you’re on a short break or want to get your week off to a good start. Whatever your level or discipline, your instructor will tailor the sessions to best meet your goals.

At ESF Sainte Foy we belive that skiing is an experience for everyone to share. We are delighted to offer adaptive ski (sitski) outings for people with reduced mobility. Accompanied by a specially trained instructor, enjoy the unique thrills of skiing, in complete safety and with a real sense of freedom!
